Just to be clear, you need to go to the County offices to get the spa and electrical permits. When we installed our spa we had to get the spa permit. The electrical contractor (Pikes) pulled the electrical permit. We didn’t go through ARC at all because the hot tub is within our birdcage. You of course will have to go through ARC for any concrete work and the birdcage.
