I replied on your other post. Golf cart tires are not unique to the golf cart, unless you also need the rims which MIGHT be unique to a brand of cart. I believe I suggested you contact some of the used golf cart dealers for used tires. You will need a way to remove old tires and install your used tires, this usually requires specialized tools.
I have no idea why you are after used tires, but I would just get a set of new tires and have these mounted. One of the mobile golf cart services may be able to do this for you.
