Hi there. I have a Rheem Tankless system on my personal home (installed at construction when the home was built). It requires 2 (50 amp 2 pole breakers, 100 amp service). I would suggest it. Our hot water is plentiful and is delivered to through the home quickly. My master shower luckily is very close to the garage, so hot water is usually instantaneous.
This does have a hefty requirement for electrical, so transitioning from a tank heater to tankless, especially of this caliber, will require your home's electrical panel to be evaluated. We offer FREE estimates here at Pike's Electric for any electrical needs. (352)748-6251
Also - Pro Plus Plumbing LLC is a family owned/small business that we recommend for plumbing. Loren, the owner and sole operator, can provide you plumbing details for such install and an estimate as well. He can be reached at (352)427-0337.
