How about the cost of a tankless water heater? I am putting in a pool/spa and have a soaking tub and thought we should go the tankless route. Existing water heater is on the opposite side of the wall where the tankless will go plus we could use the sq ft in the garage. We have a company lined up to install the gas lines to the new spa heater and to an outdoor kitchen and the line goes right past where the new tankless will go. they will put the line to the new unit.

Hi Janie, we can set up free estimate at your home for this work. Usually when transitioning from tank to tankless need to make sure electrical of the home's panel can handle the changes.
