First of all the problem in FL is it is a no-fault insurance state thanks to the idiots in Tallahassee and that makes it so much more expensive because lots of people carry no insurance. Drop the medical coverage for you passengers to a reasonable level and your rate will drop. If you think you are going to really hurt your passengers, and they have no medical insurance, don't let them ride with you.
