You are taking the proposal to charge people who
currently have access to
free 365 passes and extending it to the equivalent of a lift pass at a ski resort. This is not what was proposed. People outside the tri-county area would continue to live by the existing 30-day rules. People within the tri-county area who are guests of a resident could buy a 365-day pass. The net result would be both a decrease in the number of guests and an increase in the amenity fees (from the few who would choose to buy this pass).
