Not my proposal...
I may be (and probably am) missing something here - but I don't want to provide 365 day/yr amenities to anyone who isn't an owner, a renter, an adult child of owner/renter or the live-in partner of an owner renter.
I am happy to have local folks come to the squares, come over for dinner, attend support meetings in the rec centers, ... But this is pure economics - and we have a limited supply as it is.... I don't want to increase demand in any way other than the planned expansion of TV. And I don't want to get into the fee charging business....
