Since she is an out-of-area relative (not within Sumter, Lake, or Marion counties), you can get her a guest pass, renewable every 30 days. Children under the age of 19 are limited to visits of 30 calendar days a year. If she is 19 or over, you do not have to accompany her when she goes to the facilities. All she has to have is her guest pass and a picture ID (DL, etc.) (You have to do the renewal yourself, too.)
