I cannot verify this, Gracie, but I heard from a guy at the barber shop who's brother does landscaping for one of the Morse family who heard from the family chef (or chauffeur or yacht captain, not sure which) that the executive golf course adjoining Sea Breeze will have at least two large retention ponds which will allow residents to swim with dolphins in one and manatees in the other. This will, of course, entail a "Swim With Things" upgrade to the standard priority membership --- not an expensive upgrade, but substantial. A potential bug in the works here, however, is the inability of the developer to rid these ponds of a plethora of Florida gators, big, hungry Florida gators. Rec Division is now looking into how to combine the gator influence, maybe include a few Burmese Pythons, and market the experience as Rain Forest Wildlife Adventures. Look for a some videos soon on Channel 2.
