I agree with you downeaster. I am not sure where these people are living/visiting in TV that they have all these problems with rude people. I generally have more negative dealings in a one day visit to Maryland than I do in several months here in TV. Yes , you will find rude people everywhere but my experience in TV is they are a vast minority.
