You stated "...residents who use the multi modal recreational trails, and think they exist soley for golf carts..." To be clear, my near misses with carts have occured when I am on the sidewalk that borders the parking area behind Red Sauce. These are not multi modal paths! They are sidewalks for pedestrian traffic. But, I know that on the multi modal paths cart drivers tend to behave as if everyone else should travel elsewhere.
