Thanks for the kind words. We did work very hard on this and we were all volunteers from all over TV, not elected or appointees. Like the ACC, we are all residents here. Did we all agree? Absolutely not, but we came up with what we felt would serve most all residents well while protecting our investments. On the points of contention, we voted. Like any other endeavour, there will never be 100% agreement. (Even marriage and raising families works that way, huh?)
