She could have gotten out of it for multiple reasons including age and recent Covid but chose to serve. Fortunately it's only 1 day (or 1 trial) but the restrictions surprise me.

Anyone done SUMTER COUNTY jury duty recently and can confirm the restrictions?
When the attorneys start picking jurors just jump up and yell guilty... It'll be an early day for you
