That’s easy to say for a country with a smaller geographic footprint than the state of Texas, people can easily get around the entire country without flying. Not so easy when you live in a country where you own two homes over 1,300 miles apart. A limit of four flights per year wouldn’t be good, forget about four per lifetime.
