Not sure why you are replacing your sod, but if you have not done this have you lawn checked by a professional lawn care service, you may save a lot of money. Over the summer our lawn looked really bad, had out lawn service look at it, adjusted the watering, and now 2 months later looks great.

I cannot advise on a company to replace your sod, but many of the landscape companies do this, so possibly some of your neighbors could help.
