. Unless it has recently changed, the highlighted comment is INCORRECT. Unfortunately, I would not trust that "deputy" to be my witness should I need it in court

. The "incorrectness" (and SINGLE EXCLUSION) of his statement is clearly listed in the state laws. Too lazy to search for it now but it is quite obvious.
