Yes to your first question, a single square can be replaced, been there done that. I recently had A+ screening out to replace over 30 roof panels in our birdcage (damage for Ian), cost was around $2500, the reason I point this out is that the cost for a single roof panel 6 months prior from another company was $350.

My point if your screening is approaching end of life (7 to 10 years) it is much more cost effective to have the entire area done at once and not piecemeal.

By the way I was very pleased with A+ Screening.
