Not true. Publix sells USDA Prime beef. I buy their filet mignon steaks in the Colony Plaza store on a regular basis. They are under their Greenwise label, but they are not always in stock. Also, if you go to Publix.com and search for standing rib roast, they have USDA Prime roasts.
