Did you see the Title Report? You probably have a Deed that refers to "other matters of record"? Do you know what they are? Did you get a statement that the property was in compliance with all deed restrictions and covenants? Did you get the required Florida Property Disclosure? Did you get a Certified Plot Plan? Did you check with the County Building Department, to make sure there were no outstanding Building Permits or issues?

You probably didn't use an attorney, because someone told you that; "you don't need an attorney in Florida, just use a closing company"?
