Or, as I just witnessed yesterday as I was going to Home Depot, a regular cart (not street legal even), with a 30 something couple in it, turned off 441/27 South and onto Rolling Acres, then turned in front of traffic into the Best Buy plaza. Makes crossing 466A a cake walk
