As the OPs likely well know, the airport at which they will arrive in Spain will have ATMS lined up on a wall. I just use my Schwab card, no fees, and the best possible exchange rate. ¡No problema!

Schwab is great. I lost my card in Turkey a few years ago and they overnighted me a new one FREE!
