Always keep a copy of the bill of sale, showing complete information on both buyer and seller, including Florida driver's license number; the date of sale; and a description of the firearm, including serial number. The BOS will be your proof of transfer should the firearm ever turn up at a crime scene after you sold it.
Florida Statute ยง790.065 - You must be 21 to purchase ANY firearm in Florida. You are partly correct.
