The house was a beautifully appointed 3 BR/@ BA designer home in a lovely neighborhood between 44 and 466A. It had a newish gas well maintained cart, two car garage and a golf cart garage. I rented it for multiple years but 1750 was the highest I paid. It started at 1500.

You may get your price. But, when you ask too much, you will simply have an empty house. This landlord decided an income flow was better than reaching for the stars especially with a good, clean, quiet, repeat tenant! The house was always left cleaner than when I found it!
