Both singles offer to drive and neither accepts, which one is refusing to share?
Someone is smoking and coughing up a lung and the other doesn’t want to ride with them, does that constitute refusing to share?
Agree about the ham and eggs thing, whoever is farthest from the cart path at any given time should get fairway access.
Wondering which is worse for the course, three carts using fairway or one golfer not having access to sand bottle (assuming they would use it)?
And then there is the whole pace of play thing when someone has to keep walking back and forth for a different club and/or sand bottle.
