Ok I did....4 years ago the legislature changed the replacement law from a Governor appointment to a special election. Now they changed it back to a Govenor appointment until the special election.

So in a few months everyone will get to vote...if the election hasn't been called off how, as your post 1st line states, are people being denied the right to vote.
