There have been too many changes to my situation - resale, establish homestead, pay off bond, etc - for me to see a trend. And, since it was first taxed in 2015, its history doesn't go back to 2011 anyway.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
