The Vast Left Wing Conspiracy: The Untold Story of How Democratic Operatives, Eccentric Billionaires, Liberal Activists, and Assorted Celebrities Tried to Bring Down a President--and Why They'll Try Even Harder Next Time....BYRON YORK

HOWEVER, as I said, having read a few of these books on BOTH SIDES,they are all slanted totally. They do have some facts but skewed to their point of view.

If you want to discuss anything here, lets talk about Afghanastan, Iran, the health bill, cap and trade, immigration because they are what counts and count now.

Start with reading this op ed from todays Wall St Journal...

"There Are Only Two Choices Left on Iran
An Israeli or U.S. military strike now, or a nuclear Tehran soon."

It is not slanted left nor right simply a presentation of what is happening and what could happen. For the record I am in the Presidents corner thus far on this !

Or this one...

"President Obama has not set a deadline for determining a new strategy or for committing more troops to the war in Afghanistan, despite an urgent request from his top commander, his national security adviser said Saturday."

Again, I am not a supporter of the President but in this case, while I surely wish he had not announced on strategy in March and now going to change it, maybe it is time to reassess this area of the world and consider what this escalation may create versus what it might accomplish.

This is what we should be discussing and I say that with all due respect.

I am in the middle of Harry Truman's biography by David McCullough and can tell you that even in the 40's politics was politics....difference is that there was no internet or 24 hour cable show pumping this stuff into our brains over and over and over.
