To the average American this smacks of changing the rules to suit ones purpose, not once but twice. To the politicians it is just a continuation of doing what ever they can get away with maintaining the party position, even if it means BENDING the rules. To the political supporters....they all seem to go along, blindly, with what ever deeds their party pursues.
The law change is blatant politics first.....to  with rules and laws. It is what is wrong with our country today. If you can't win....cheat!!

But it was ok for the Repubs in Texas to alter the districts to their advantage and then, when the Dems got out off Austin rather than vote, the Repubs tried to illegally track them down.
Both sides try gain an advantage.....
