Call the warranty dept, they will have the company on file that did the work. Give them a call, might be worth the time.
At our 8yo old house our our outdoor hanging light at front entrance came crashing down. The original company brought out the same light, repaired the damaged ceiling and reinstalled the light. It was about half of the other estimates.
