Are these rules listed somewhere? Are they particular to cigars only over cigarettes (much worse healthwise) or even pot? I smell pot in many places in The Villages. Kind of ironic to me that this is where we are as a nation. But I genuinely would like to know if there is a "blanket" rule/general rule for The Villages about smoking areas FOR CIGARS. Thanks.
