True, and what would have happened had there been no push-back or counter indicators concerning the prolific use of inferior Corning shingles that impacted so many, and the inferior sheet rock, and many other occurrences that were not exposed by a balance of power and agendas (POA & HOA have vastly different agendas). Its a micro view of what our founding father's knew, regardless of which "side" of an issue one is one, the most important element is to always have different entities, at least two political parties, two home owner organizations, always choices, what ever, exclusivity is always a dangerous path to dictatorship ! !
