It's now 12 Noon and I still can't get on TOTV I first tried at 8:45 AM.
I did a System Restore three times, all the way back to Sunday 9/27 and that didn't work. I ran my Malware scanner (full scan) and I have no virus.
I don't know what the problem is.

The only way I can access TOTV is how I described it earlier.
