This is a completely different zone, not connected to the Monarch Grove/Linden, Middleton, StC., West Lakes, or Fenny zones.
There are no connections between these zones, no pipe under the turnpike, or pipes connecting them under the Warm Springs, 470, or Water Lilly bridges.
