I've asked before on this site for recommendations for estate attorneys who have administered estates but never received any responses.
Why so much praise directed to lawyers who draw up the wills or trusts? Such as, "so and so" did a wonderful job setting up our trust. After all, they all follow a formula according to Florida law. The only difference may be how long it took to compose the documents or how much the attorney charged. The critical thing is how the firm will perform after the trust or will is put into effect.
