You have to buy the batteries, they don't give you batteries for free.
The cost of the batteries are the same as if I bought them retail and changed them myself.

The labor is free, the disposal is free. .

you are the second poster who thinks you get batteries for free. . . i don't get where people get these free ideas. The replacement service is free, the replacement product has a cost.

must be the retirement mentality to get everything for free.
