Default Many times the facts of the matter regarding who pays

federal income taxes and who does and does not pay taxes is presented. It some how NEVER develops into an issue that needs CHANGE. The distortion at the top end is even more disconcerting. Take a look at these charts for a revelation (to some):

http://www.ntu.org/main/page.php?PageID=6

And how a bout a wild guesstimate of what bracket most of the entitlement crowd belongs...the ones with the "you owe me" hand in front of them. And how about those middle class folks who are supposedly being hurt by "everything"....they sure don't pay their share of the tax burden.

Talk about something in Washington that needs change!!! Unfortunately it is a subject that does nothing for the incumbent politicians and would be unattractive to their voting constituency. Hence...NOTHING will ever be done about the extreme distortion.

The other distortion that is revealed every once in a while are the US Corporations that are paying zero taxes by working the legal loop holes that allow it. The amount untaxed is staggering.

Then add to all the above all the non US corporations that pay zero taxes based on the laws that allow them to do so.

So when the mealy mouthed, linguine spined politicians in Washington start making noises about tax increases...maybe WE THE PEOPLE will rise up and say enough is enough.

If I remember correctly, when taxes are raised by one party or the other, the other party has to pay also. Wow a truly bipartisan issue....a real one. With real results to be obtained.
