The LFP battery chemistry is a pain to measure State-Of-Charge accurately since the battery voltage barely drops from 100-0 SOC. The ternary lithium chemistries have a larger voltage drop as they discharge. It is probably a safer bet to use the trip odometer rather than the fuel gauge
