Its always the "other guys" isn't it. Those darn snowbirds, or the new people, or the visitors, or the outsiders, or the renters but its never, ever, the long-time year-round residents. They never speed, never drive drunk, never have loud parties, never violate deed restrictions, always carry their ID proudly displayed on a lanyard, obey all traffic laws, love their neighbor, and go through every day with a song in their heart and a dance in their steps. Bless their hearts!
