I am glad that someone mentioned the golf cart governor overrides (need for speed). Having golf carts driving around with DIFFERENT top speeds just asks for problems such as unnecessary passing. Why are retired people in such a hurry - you would think that they would have learned "impulse control" by now. Another problem is golf carts making high speed turns - they have a high center of gravity and can go out of control very easily - plus after happy hour the drivers get extra aggressive. Also, golf carts with altered governors are extra LOUD.
