Default Adjustments are necessary

Rule of law is necessary but we must adjust to those things which are different than our personal beliefs and live and let live.
We Villagers are fortunate to age in Florida. Younger Villagers adjust to slowness and different limitations to older. An example is some of the slow slow driving and apparent lack of awareness by some who, likely and maybe, shouldn’t be driving any longer. Another is being in a Rec Center with someone who coughs and shares their illness in a small area without respect to other’s health.
Tolerance, mutual respect, ability to have differences yet live in peace would go a long way in helping society.
Perhaps those who give tolerance to the apparently confused driver who misses seeing a car…….or those, seeing a older person who needs help with their yard or groceries, even if help given by a ‘liberal’, can help us bridge our differences and find our sameness.
But ‘Rule of Law’ must exist, no one is special, we must abide within certain guidelines. And things change, always have, always will.
