I just responded to your remark saying that you couldn't live on a $40K income. I showed that it can be done, without the tax credit. We owned a two family, worked our buts off to fix the old dump and because of the rental income didn't qualify foe the tax credit.

People come to America from all over the globe and manage to rise above the poverty level. One CAN relocate, not only within our country but from outside this country, if there is a strong enough will. Sadly the will is not there for too many people.
