This is where I jump in! 4600 lives WERE NOT WASTED! Driving drunk and dieing is wasted, dieing from a drug overdose is wasted, dieing at the hands of one own parents abuse is wasted, dieing from smoking related cancer is wasted and I could go on and on. A soldier loosing his life in service to his country is NEVER WASTED. It is a loss for sure, no one wants to lose a son, daughter, father, mother, friend, from any cause. To say that our brave soldiers lives were wasted is an affront to their family, friends and country.
