I would check with consumer reports or similar for reviews on these devices. As noted above if you want or need warm water add $200 to $500 for the GFCI installation, also if you still have the pop on/off water valves, this will probably need to be changed. All the ones I saw APPEARED to change the height of the toilet seat, no idea if this would be a concern.
