The area is along the Sumter-Lake county line just south of CR470. It is east of the Middleton area. This area is a part of the new areas of The Villages (continuing the dream) and has been since the acquisition of the property several years ago. They do sections at a time for permitting, planning, and construction purposes, that's all you are seeing in the news. This area is still about 5 years from being a viable "Village" and part of the community.
