Why is it for a medical emergency they send an ambulance/rescue squad, fire truck, and sometimes a pick up? A total of sometimes 6 people. Are all 6 people working on the patient? I'm not being critical but this seems a bit overkill and potentially wasting money. I know in Ohio when we had a medical emergency it typically involved a recue squad and that's it. Does Florida have some sort of a law that requires this much response?
