That one is easy to replace and I have done that one myself. I would like the whole garage door gasket replaced, sides and top because of its age and dry rotting. It's called Vinyl Draft Stop. Home Depot and Lowe's carry them, however the maximum length they sell is 9'. This will not be long enough for one piece to cover the main garage door. You'll have to go to Romac Garage Door Division off of Rolling Acres Road, as they carry 7,9 and 16' pieces. They are $2.45 per linear foot.
Use aluminum nails, then apply latex, paintable caulk, once installed. Do not use silicone, as it cannot be painted.
