From what I have read, Grand Oaks is proposing 800 homes and Water Oaks is proposing about 300. Where are the other 7,400 homes that have been approved and 10,000 waiting to be approved?
Assuming the proper approvals, your neighbor has a right to develop his property. You do not have a right to your picturesque view. Want a nice view that is guaranteed for the future? Purchase the property yourself.
