I think you’re a bit confused. Property rights are just that. Rights. Given in the Constitution. You’re just a “NIMBY” guy. It’s their property to do with as the law—ZONING—allows. You just don’t like it. It’s called progress. If you don’t like it, YOU have the right and freedom to move. This is still America…last I checked.
