Exactly the point, the land use for density is being re-worded and changed to allow for more homes per acre depending on where the land is. Rezoning and annexing allows for them to set and or change the laws and rules on the books to make it happen.
Walmart for instance knew coming in they had shortfalls within the property, they then apply for variances to get what they need to keep moving forward. None of the residents pay any attention to these changes and they just keep happening.
That is why there is a specific need to get involved with the Town and Village Commissioners to stop approving these changes and this high density market will slow down or stop.
If there aren't resident's in the meetings to speak up then they believe all is good and that the residents are ok with it.
