Update: The cart that went ablaze in Brownwood was a gas cart. After filling up with gas, the owner did not turn the tank cover tightly. Driving to Brownwood, gasoline leaked onto the engine. While parked, it caught on fire. Firemen did their best to quickly douse the flames. The cart, of course, was destroyed.(This is what I have been told.
